1. Do you provide delivery services?

We are currently available on the GrabFood app. Simply search for ‘Mee Tarik Jalan Sultan’ and choose to order from our Ampang, Subang, TTDI, Kota Damansara and Jalan Sultan outlets.

2. Can I make a booking or reservation? 

Yes, you can make a reservation by contacting your preferred outlet. For Subang, please reach out at 011-6518 2686, for TTDI, contact 011-6517 2686, Ampang, you can call 011-6513 2686 and Kota Damansara contact 011-6350 1108.

3. I would like to file a complaint regarding a missing item, extra charge, or other issue.

Please provide your name, contact number, outlet location, and the issue you encountered, and contact the respective outlet so we can assist you directly. 4. Do you accept cashless payments?

Yes, we accept Visa/Mastercard and e-wallet payments.

5. Does your menu include any vegan or vegetarian-friendly items?

We do not have a specific vegetarian menu, but we offer several meat-free options, including Tomato Egg Noodle, Shallot Fried Egg Noodle, Potato Shreds Noodle, Vegetable Dried Noodle, Tin Foil BBQ Enoki, Sour Spicy Potato Silk, and many more. Feel free to take a look at our menu.

6. Could you let me know if your soup base is made with beef or chicken?

Our soup is cooked with fresh beef bones daily.

7. I’ve left some personal belongings behind. Could you assist in locating them?

8. What are the terms and conditions for merchandise purchases?

To qualify for merchandise, a minimum spend of RM70 on a single receipt is required; purchases cannot be combined. Merchandise availability may vary by outlet and is offered while stocks last. Stamps can be collected at the Subang , TTDI, Ampang, and Kota Damansara outlets. Please note that stamps are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

9. How can I apply to become a franchisee?

Thank you for the interest. However All the stores are corporately owned and managed. We will not open for franchise.

10. How can I apply for sponsorship?

Thank you for reaching out and considering us as a sponsor for your event. We truly appreciate the opportunity, but unfortunately, we are unable to participate at this time. We wish you all the best with your event and hope it is a great success. Thank you again!
