While we do not have a dedicated vegetarian or vegan menu, we offer a selection of meat-free dishes, including Tomato Egg Noodle, Shallot Fried Egg Noodle, Potato Shreds Noodle, Vegetable Dried Noodle, Tin Foil BBQ Enoki, and Sour & Spicy Potato Silk.
Our hand-pulled noodles are made fresh daily using wheat flour, water, and salt. Please refer to our menu for the full selection.
