The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (and all related regulations) (“the Act”) has now come into force. Mee Tarik Holdings Sdn Bhd. (“MTJS”) and to its related companies (i.e. subsidiary, associated companies and holding company) (hereinafter MTJS and its related companies shall be referred to as “the MTJS Group”, “us” or “we”)) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Data (as defined in the Act) as entrusted to us.
This Privacy Policy shall apply to the MTJS Group and governs the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data (as defined in the Act) submitted to the MTJS Group including through meetarik.com.my or through any other websites operated by the MTJS Group, and explains how we collect and handle Personal Data of individuals and comply with the requirements of the Act.
As part of the relevant activities organized by the MTJS Group and as a condition of your participation in the aforementioned activities you are requested to disclose certain Personal Data to us. - To respond to your inquiries, complaints and/or feedbacks, to post your comments or statements on any blog, social networking or other online forum maintained on any websites owned by MTJS or the MTJS Group, or take any other action in response to your inquires, complaints and/or feedbacks;

- To communicate, direct market and to update you about MTJS or by the MTJS Group’s brands, products, services, memberships, events, programmes, promotions or for other marketing and promotional purposes related to MTJS or the MTJS Group’s brands, products, services, events, promotions, memberships;

3. THE SOURCE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may obtain your Personal Data from the following sources:-
- Directly from you; and
- Legitimately from third parties or other service providers, to which, you have consented to the disclosure of your Personal Data.
4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
MTJS will keep your Personal Data confidential but from time to time we may disclose your Personal Data to the following parties:-
- Other entities within the MTJS Group including those to be incorporated in the future;
